The Food That Fuels: Building Community Through Regenerative Food Systems, Thursday March 26th, Kirby Rafter
Ed Porter, an experienced chef, musician, and entrepreneur, will serve as our Plenary Speaker. He views sharing food as an essential part of life- something that enriches daily experiences, brings people together, strengthens relationships, and nourishes both body and spirit. In his talk, Porter will highlight the farmers of California's San Joaquin Valley and the vital role they play in supplying food to communities throughout the United States and around the world. He will also explore the challenges agriculture faces today while recognizing the individuals, traditions, and innovations shaping the future of our food systems.
